It’s that time of year again — the shopping soirée that comes with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.
As one of the largest and most consumer-expectant events of the year, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2023 is looking better than ever this year, offering shoppers the opportunity to add to their wishlists ahead of the official event (more details on when that takes place below).
“The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is our biggest and most popular sale of the year,” Chris Wanlass, Vice President and General Manager of Nordstrom in NYC, exclusively told the New York Post. “Unlike clearance sales, the Anniversary Sale features brand-new arrivals from highly sought-after brands for the whole family on sale for a limited time.”
Oh, and Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale never ceases to disappoint with the deals en masse. “Customers have been known to plan their summer vacations around it,” Wanlass adds.
From women’s clothing and men’s shoes to chic home items and best-selling beauty products, we’re about about to have ourselves a field day. There are so many other promotions happening, with baby gear and essentials being one of the retailer’s most-shopped categories.
Already, Nordstrom carries some of your waitlist-inducing brands. With sustainable brands like UGG, BP., vuori and Kiehl’s Since 1851, among others, you’re truly exposed to the crème de la crème of selections at Nordstrom.
When is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2023?
Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale begins on July 11 (for select shoppers) and runs through Aug. 6, when customers can officially add what’s on sale to their shopping carts. This sale is available online and in-stores.
While there’s still a bit of time before the start of the sale, all Nordstrom shoppers can create a wishlist to save items they’d like to purchase during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale preview, starting as early as July 3.
Below, we listed all of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2023 Early Access dates, which is when select shoppers can purchase sought-after items before the general public. Different status tiers are dependent on their Nordstrom status, including cardmember status:
- Nordstrom Icons: July 11-16
- Nordstrom Ambassadors: July 12-16
- Nordstrom Influencers: July 13-16
- Everyone: July 17-August 6
What new brands are included?
“This year’s sale will feature more than 60 new brands like Birkenstock, Allbirds, Lunya, Cotopaxi, Larroudé, Le Creuset, Dyson Beauty and Parachute, as well as customer favorites including Zella, Nike, Good American, Charlotte Tilbury and Hugo Boss,” Tacey Powers, Nordstrom executive vice president and general merchandise manager for shoes and kids apparel, told The Post.
Like the past few years, Nordstrom is giving everyone the ability to preview sale items online starting July 3. “Customers can also add their favorites to their Wish List so they can check out faster when it’s time to shop,” Powers adds. “Our Wish List makes it easier to check out when it’s your time to shop and shows recommended similar items if the item you saved is out of stock.”
How can I receive early access to Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale?
If you want to be ahead of the pack, don’t worry — there’s a way to have better odds at snagging that dreamy midi dress before it sells out.
“Nordy Club cardmembers can shop the Anniversary Sale before anyone else during Early Access,” Wanlass explains. “They are rewarded with earlier shop dates according to their status.”
